Lia Dae McClain is an illustrator living near Boston, Massachusetts. She works primarily in mixed media, with a particular fondness for watercolor and graphite. Her art is inspired by folktales, wild forests, and childhood memories.
When not in the studio, she can be found tending to houseplants and wandering the woods with her dog, Miranda.
Lia received her B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from Haverford College in 2020, and graduated from Lesley University with a Professional Certificate in Illustration in 2022.
